Join a national general insurance team based in Perth, advising insurers, reinsurers and corporates on defence work across general liability, product liability and personal injury. The role involves hands-on litigation work through District and Supreme Court levels and offers clear development and progression opportunities.

Minimum 4 years post-admission experience, with defendant-side insurance experience preferred (personal injury / general liability).
Experience managing files and running matters through court proceedings; familiarity with District and Supreme Court practice advantageous.
Strong drafting, evidence preparation and advocacy support skills (witness statements, briefs, court documents).
Ability to work autonomously and in teams; good client communication and supervision/mentoring experience.
