Senior Associate, Intellectual Property (Chemistry)

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a busy intellectual property practice handling patent prosecution and related litigation matters. The role offers significant exposure to cutting‑edge patent work across chemical and life‑science technologies, working alongside experienced IP practitioners.

The position is open to candidates in multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.) and will involve collaboration across offices and practice teams. Applicants should be prepared to submit law school and undergraduate/graduate transcripts as part of the application.

• Technical background in chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline (degree or advanced degree preferred).
• Established patent prosecution experience; litigation support experience a plus.
• Admission to a U.S. bar (or eligibility) and familiarity with USPTO practice.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to manage client work and collaborate on team matters.
