Leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join a busy life-sciences focused IP team. The role offers substantive work across patent prosecution and related litigation matters, working with experienced IP lawyers on cutting-edge biotechnology and pharmaceutical matters.

This position is flexible across multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C.) and will involve drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to patent office actions, and supporting litigation and client counseling as needed.

Established patent prosecution experience in life sciences/biotech.
Technical background in biological, biochemical, molecular biology or related fields.
Strong drafting skills for patent applications and office-action responses; experience supporting patent litigation is a plus.
Submission of law school, undergraduate and any graduate transcripts as part of the application.
