You will represent clients in Employment Tribunal and higher court proceedings, lead client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior lawyers. The team values collaborative cross-firm working, high-quality technical advice and practical commercial outcomes.

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
Proven technical expertise in employment law, including tribunal experience
Experience advising on restructures, TUPE, disciplinary/grievance and settlement agreements
Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and experience mentoring junior lawyers
