The role offers responsibility for the day-to-day conduct of complex litigation (including pre-action and High Court work), representation in professional disciplinary proceedings, involvement in ADR and mediation, and drafting detailed advice for insurers and other clients on coverage and related issues.

Qualified solicitor with substantial litigation experience
Experience defending professionals (preferably including solicitors) or similar regulatory/disciplinary work
Proven track record of running complex civil litigation and managing cases through to resolution
Comfortable with client-facing responsibility, drafting complex advice and working with insurers on coverage issues
Strong advocacy and alternative dispute resolution experience (mediation, tribunal hearings)
