Join a growing debt finance team in London that acts for banks, direct lenders, private credit funds and private equity sponsors on mid‑market leveraged transactions. The team is active on multi‑jurisdictional mandates and has particular sector strength in technology, telecoms/media, energy/transition and life sciences.

This role will be primarily focused on leveraged finance (senior debt, unitranche, second lien, TLB and related structures) while providing exposure to the team's wider debt finance work including investment‑grade financings, fund and growth financings, real estate and refinancing transactions. You will also collaborate with restructuring specialists on workout situations where required.

Experience on UK and international leveraged finance matters at a national or international firm.
Proven transaction management skills and ability to run or supervise deal processes.
Drafting/reviewing of credit agreements, intercreditor/subordination documentation, security packages and legal opinions.
Comfort supervising and developing more junior team members and working on multi‑jurisdictional transactions.
