Senior Associate – Major Injury & Casualty

Join our market-leading Major Injury & Casualty practice, recognised nationally for its work with top-tier insurers and public sector bodies. You will handle a varied caseload of high-value and complex defendant personal injury claims.

Working closely with Partners and Legal Directors, you'll manage your own files alongside supporting the team on the most substantial matters.

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FILEX with 5+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrable defendant personal injury experience, particularly in Employer's Liability, Public Liability, and Motor claims.
• Experience handling fast-track and multi-track cases valued up to £250k in your own right.
• Experience assisting on higher-value, complex claims including catastrophic injury and large loss matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of liability and quantum issues, including medical causation.
• Proven ability to run a caseload independently, with a track record of meeting deadlines and SLAs.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills, with the confidence to build client relationships.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
