Sitting within the firm's Global M&A and Capital practice, the team acts for a broad range of financial investors, including private equity funds, pension and sovereign wealth funds, infrastructure funds, alternative capital providers, and real estate investment trusts. Our practice is consistently top-ranked and most of our work has an international dimension.
- Work across a broad mix of cross-border transactions including public and private M&A, carve-outs, buy-outs, joint ventures, consortium deals, minority/structured investments, and reorganizations.
- Take responsibility on smaller deals while contributing to some of the largest and most complex matters globally.
- Access comprehensive training and career development, with opportunities for secondments both within our network and to clients.
- Engage in business development initiatives with financial sponsor clients.

We are seeking candidates with:
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience as a solicitor in England & Wales, or a similarly experienced common law qualified lawyer with an outstanding academic record.
- Corporate and private equity experience gained at a leading firm, including cross-border transactions.
- Excellent technical legal skills and strong commercial judgement.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and supervise more junior lawyers.
- Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for taking on high responsibility and managing a challenging workload.
- Commitment to delivering excellent client service and proactive involvement in business development and knowledge management.
