An opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join a highly regarded national Banking team in London. The team advises lenders, sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financing matters, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and renewables finance. Work spans cross-border syndicated transactions through to strategic bilateral lending.

Working as part of a collaborative, partner-led team, you will manage your own caseload while supporting larger transactions. The role offers genuine scope to develop sector expertise and to contribute to business development.

Manage your own transactions across a varied client base
Support larger, complex matters with effective project and time management
Build and strengthen client relationships, spotting opportunities for new work
Collaborate with colleagues across the UK on multi-disciplinary matters

You will receive tailored training and ongoing development to enhance both technical and commercial skills.

You will be a Solicitor with between NQ and 3 years’ PQE, with experience in a banking/finance team gained either as a paralegal, during your training contract, or post-qualification. You will bring:
