About the department

Our Corporate Group provides transactional and advisory services to clients including private equity and infrastructure funds, and major public and private companies. The work spans domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate finance, private equity, venture capital, strategic projects and general corporate advice, offering associates broad exposure and the opportunity to develop deep sector expertise. We support progression through structured training and professional development programmes, as well as secondments and business development opportunities.

Role & requirements

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction.
  • Approximately 6+ years' post-qualification experience in the corporate department of a leading city, international, or regional firm.
  • Strong technical skills in corporate transactions, ideally with experience or interest in energy, infrastructure or transport (though not essential).
  • Ability to work autonomously with a hands-on, flexible approach to delivering high-quality client service.
