Join a national motor injury team in a leading insurance practice handling high-value, complex motor-related claims. The team operates across the UK and works with major insurer and corporate clients to deliver clear strategies from early advice through to litigation.

The role involves running your own caseload of complex injury files, contributing to case strategy, working with senior lawyers on higher-value matters, and supporting client relationship and business development activities within a collaborative team environment.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with senior-level experience in motor injury work
Experience handling RTA, employers' liability, public liability, large-loss or complex/catastrophic injury claims
Strong technical knowledge of personal injury and torts, with sound risk and compliance awareness
Confident negotiator with excellent client-handling and relationship skills
Commercial approach to case management, ability to meet SLAs/KPIs and contribute to billing/financial targets
Team-oriented, willing to share knowledge and support colleagues
