Senior Associate / Of Counsel, Health & Safety (Milwaukee)

Growing Health & Safety team in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Associate or Of Counsel with substantial workplace-safety experience to support and lead OSHA-related litigation and regulatory work. The role offers frequent client contact, responsibility for case management, and regular engagement with opposing counsel.

There are active opportunities to develop a public profile through writing, publishing, and speaking, and to contribute to practice development within a national labor-and-employment platform.

• Juris Doctor and active admission to the Wisconsin bar in good standing; must maintain licensure throughout employment.
• Minimum of 8 years of workplace-safety experience at a law firm or government agency.
• Substantive OSHA experience preferred; candidates with industry-specific safety experience (e.g., construction, oil & gas, refinery, agriculture) will also be considered.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills, strong organization and multitasking ability, and a client-service orientation with interest in practice development.
