Join a nationally recognized Labor & Employment practice in Atlanta as a Senior Associate or Counsel. The role focuses on counseling sophisticated employers and defending employment litigation, including single- and multi-plaintiff matters, EEOC disputes, class and collective actions, and arbitrations.

You will work collaboratively with experienced team members on complex, high‑profile matters and have opportunities for substantive client contact and professional development through formal training and hands‑on case work. This is a hybrid office role based in Atlanta.

4–6 years' employment litigation experience (Senior Associate) or 7–10 years' experience (Counsel)
Experience defending complex employment disputes, including class/collective actions, EEOC matters, and arbitrations
Admitted to the Georgia bar
Strong legal writing, advocacy, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Experience advising employers on workforce and compliance issues; judicial clerkship a plus
