National residential development team is recruiting a Senior Associate or Principal Associate to lead transactions for housebuilder and developer clients across regional offices. The role centres on immediate land acquisitions and strategic options, working as part of an experienced team to deliver large-scale residential sites.

The post-holder will lead deals, supervise and develop junior colleagues, support both local and national colleagues, and play an active role in client engagement and business development. This is an opportunity to deepen technical land and development skills while building a high-profile residential practice.

Substantial experience advising housebuilders or residential developers on site acquisitions and strategic land options.
Proven track record of leading real estate transactions and supervising junior lawyers.
Strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail and commercial judgment on development matters.
Experienced in client-facing work with demonstrable business development capability.
