Senior-associate level opportunity in a national insurance disputes team based in Leeds, focusing on professional indemnity and related liability work. The role offers a mix of client-facing work, litigation and pre-action advice across a broad range of professional negligence matters.

You will join a collaborative, cross-regional practice that works with insurers and insureds and benefits from international referral work. The post offers responsibility for your own caseload, supervision of junior fee earners and regular engagement with experts and counsel.

Approximately 5+ years' post-qualification experience in professional indemnity / professional negligence
Proven litigation experience including conduct of pre-action and litigated matters
Strong client-handling and relationship skills with regular client contact
Experience supervising junior lawyers and managing a personal caseload
Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution (including mediation) and instructing experts/counsel
Team-oriented, adaptable and change-positive approach
