Join a globally recognised Projects & Construction practice and play an integral role on energy, infrastructure, and construction projects across Australia and internationally. Working within a large, collaborative national team, you will support sponsors, financiers, and major energy users on a diverse range of matters.

Advise on and draft key project documentation, including power purchase agreements, gas sales and supply agreements, connection agreements, and development and joint venture agreements.
Manage work streams on significant domestic and cross-border projects, liaise with clients on consents and amendments, and support business development initiatives.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and graduates.

We are seeking an energetic and driven lawyer with strong academic credentials and:

A minimum of 5 years' PQE gained in a front-end construction, energy, or projects practice.
Experience across a range of energy, construction, or projects matters.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
