We are seeking a senior disputes lawyer to join a well-regarded projects and construction disputes team in Brisbane. The role will focus on advising on complex construction and infrastructure disputes across adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings, acting for owners, contractors and consultants.

The team offers exposure to high-value, technical matters and opportunities to take a leading role on instructions, client workstreams and courtroom advocacy. The role suits an experienced construction disputes specialist who enjoys transactional dispute prevention as well as contested work.

Demonstrable experience in construction/projects disputes (adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation)
Strong drafting and advocacy skills and experience managing matters end-to-end
Experience with construction contracts and dispute resolution clauses (NEC, AS, GC, or similar)
Admission in Australia or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant jurisdiction
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to manage client relationships
