Senior Associate — Property Litigation, Manchester

A senior role within a national property litigation team, based in Manchester with hybrid working. You will manage a varied caseload of property disputes, act for public‑sector and private clients, and support regional and national matters.

There is scope to supervise junior lawyers, work closely with senior lawyers on client relationships and business development, and contribute to the team’s strategic goals within a large, established real estate practice ranked in legal directories.

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered)
• 4+ years' PQE handling property litigation with minimal supervision
• Proven experience supervising or managing junior team members
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills; client‑focused approach
• Experience acting for public‑sector clients advantageous but not essential
