Join a leading international law firm’s Real Estate Energy & Infrastructure team in London, advising on high-profile renewable and energy transition projects. The role focuses on the real estate and land elements of complex infrastructure work, helping to deliver schemes across onshore/offshore wind, solar, storage, hydrogen, EV charging, EfW and related infrastructure.

You will draft and negotiate real estate and project documents, lead title, access and site-assembly due diligence, support consenting and compulsory acquisition processes, and work with developers, funders, landowners and public bodies. The role involves cross-disciplinary collaboration with planning, construction, corporate and finance teams and responsibility for supervising junior lawyers.

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 5 years PQE in commercial real estate.
  • Practical experience on energy, renewables, infrastructure or major development projects.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills; able to manage complex matters and multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset with an ability to identify issues and keep projects moving; collaborative and comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams.
