Senior associate role within a well-regarded UK banking & finance team, focused on real estate finance work across investment, development and portfolio financings. The practice acts for banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, investors, developers and borrowers on complex, cross‑border and multi-asset transactions.

You will take ownership of transactions, work closely with Real Estate, Construction, Planning, Tax and Corporate colleagues, and have opportunities to build client relationships, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

The team offers a collaborative culture, hybrid working and structured development support, with exposure to technically demanding and commercially focused matters.

Significant experience advising on real estate finance transactions
Experience acting for lenders, borrowers or both on complex financings
Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills
Proven ability to manage matters with autonomy and to supervise junior lawyers
Solicitor qualification in England & Wales or Scotland
