Senior Associate, Real Estate Finance — Sydney

Senior associate role within a growing, market-leading real estate finance team based in Sydney. The team acts for sponsors, institutional investors and private credit providers on complex, high-value real estate financings, including acquisitions, developments, refinancings and bespoke private-credit transactions.

The role offers end-to-end transaction leadership, close client contact, mentoring responsibilities and active participation in business development. Cross-border work and collaboration with other practice groups are regular features.

• Minimum 5+ years post-admission (PAE) in real estate finance with a leading Australian practice
• Proven experience on acquisition, development, investment and refinancing financings; strong drafting of facility agreements, intercreditor deeds and ancillary documents
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical, negotiation and client-facing skills
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers; appetite to engage in business development
