Apply in confidence →Join a national real estate team advising on clean energy projects across the UK. The role is open to candidates based in Bristol, Belfast, Birmingham or Manchester and sits within a dedicated future-energy stream covering wind, solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure and related transactions.
You will draft and negotiate option agreements and leases, conduct title and due-diligence reviews, and support financing and large-scale acquisitions/disposals. The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, file-running, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with corporate, banking, construction, planning and regulatory specialists.
The team also handles landlord & tenant matters, corporate real estate support and public-sector work; there are opportunities to contribute to business development and to mentor more junior colleagues.
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or Northern Ireland)
- 3-7 years' post-qualification experience in real estate
- Experience or demonstrable interest in renewables/future-energy projects (wind, solar, storage, EV infrastructure)
- Proven drafting and due-diligence skills, commercial awareness and ability to run your own files
- Strong communication, organisational skills and appetite for client contact and business development
