Senior associate role within a large residential development team advising housebuilders, developers and institutional landowners across the full lifecycle of new‑build housing schemes. You will draft and negotiate land acquisition agreements, option and promotion agreements, overage and funding documentation, and work on brownfield regeneration, JVs and bulk disposals to RP/PRS/BTR purchasers.

The team advises on projects ranging from local schemes through major urban extensions and regeneration programmes and acts for a broad roster of national and regional housebuilders and institutional owners. You will work on complex, high‑value transactions with close support from an experienced, multi‑disciplinary property platform.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 PQE; ideally 6+ years' PQE for Senior Associate level
Strong transactional residential development or commercial real estate experience (land acquisitions, options, promotions, overage, funding)
Experience supervising junior lawyers and working within multi‑disciplinary teams
Commercially aware, client‑facing, organised with excellent attention to detail
