Exciting senior associate opportunity within a large residential development team advising housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners across England and Wales. The role focuses on land acquisition and disposal, development agreements, conditional contracts, options, collaboration agreements and strategic regeneration projects.

You will work on complex, large-scale residential development matters and collaborate with planning, construction and litigation specialists and an in-house plot team to deliver end-to-end development solutions for national and regional clients.

This role is suitable for a commercially minded property lawyer with an interest in specialising in residential development and a desire to progress in a team that invests in training, career development and long-term career pathways.

Solicitor with c.5+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate/land acquisition or commercial development.
Experience or strong interest in residential land work: conditional contracts, options, development/disposal structures, collaboration and joint-venture arrangements.
Comfortable handling large-scale, complex files and working with multidisciplinary teams (planning, construction, litigation).
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; commercial approach and interest in career progression.
