Senior associate role within a large residential development practice acting for national and regional housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners. You will handle complex land acquisition and disposal work, strategic options, collaboration agreements and disposals of serviced parcels.

The team provides full-service support from planning, litigation and construction specialists and works on large-scale residential schemes. This role offers exposure to high-value, multi-site development work and direct collaboration with in-house plot and commercial teams.

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate/development law
Experience on land acquisitions, conditional contracts, options, development agreements, or disposals to housing associations or developers
Familiarity with collaboration/joint venture arrangements and strategic land work
Strong drafting, commercial judgement and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
