Senior associate role in a global finance practice advising banks, funds and financial institutions on structured finance and securitization matters, with an emphasis on trade receivables, supply-chain finance and related asset-backed structures. Work will include structuring and documenting lender‑side private trade receivables financings, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance and off‑balance sheet solutions.

Typical matters involve cross‑border elements, coordination with other offices, and close collaboration with deal teams on GAAP/IFRS, ABCP and balance‑sheet considerations. Candidates will be expected to manage transactions, prepare documentation and support business development by submitting a deal sheet with their application.

U.S. law degree and active license to practice in the U.S.
5+ years of experience in structured finance/securitization; lender‑side trade receivables or supply‑chain finance experience preferred.
Proven experience with securitization documentation, intercreditor arrangements and cross‑border financings.
Strong drafting, analytical and project‑management skills; ability to digest large volumes of information and work with transaction teams across offices.
