An established claimant-focused serious injury team is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Manchester office. The team handles high-value, complex personal injury and medical negligence matters (brain and spinal injury, amputations, fatal cases and other catastrophic injuries) and offers early responsibility on substantial files.

The role will involve running your own caseload, preparing complex documentation for trial, instructing counsel and experts, and managing sensitive client relationships with a strong rehabilitative focus. The team emphasises quality, client care and career development.

5 PQE (England & Wales qualification)
Proven claimant serious injury / personal injury experience, including rehabilitation handling
Confident managing a high-value caseload and preparing cases for trial
Experience liaising with counsel, experts and families; strong client-care and empathy
Good case-management skills, strong academics and commercial awareness
Motivated self-starter with interest in developing a personal profile/marketing and building a caseload
