Senior Associate — Serious Injury

National law firm is recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Serious Injury team, with flexibility on office location across the UK. This role focuses on high‑value claimant personal injury work, with particular exposure to military and armed forces claims.

The team takes a holistic approach to client care, combining high‑value compensation work with rehabilitation and next‑of‑kin support. The successful candidate will assist on an existing caseload while building and managing their own matters, including representation at inquests and involvement in Service Inquiry-related work.

• 4–8 years PQE in claimant personal injury or serious injury litigation
• Proven experience handling high‑value, complex PI claims
• Exposure to inquests and/or military/Armed Forces claims desirable
• Confident in client relationship management and business development
• Strong analytical, organisational and written/verbal communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationally
