Senior Associate / Special Counsel — Construction (Brisbane)

Senior-level construction disputes role within a national practice, based in Brisbane. The team acts on complex projects disputes across construction, infrastructure and energy sectors, including arbitration, adjudication and court litigation.

This position will suit a senior associate or special counsel who can run dispute matters, draft pleadings and expert evidence, manage interlocutory steps, and lead junior team members. The role offers exposure to high-value, technical matters and regular client-facing responsibility.

• Admitted to practice in Australia (eligible to practice in Queensland preferred)
• Proven construction disputes experience — arbitration, adjudication and/or litigation
• Strong drafting, case management and advocacy skills
• Experience supervising junior lawyers and managing outsourced consultants/experts
