A flexible, contract Senior Legal Counsel role supporting corporate and commercial matters in Brisbane. The position sits within a large national practice and offers project-based work across general corporate, technology and procurement, privacy, construction and property, commercial litigation and employment law.

The Flex arrangement lets you choose assignments and control your workload while drawing on the firm’s national resources and secondment opportunities. You will work with senior stakeholders on transactional and advisory matters for a mix of private- and public-sector clients.

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) — including top-tier firm and/or in-house/secondment experience
Strong corporate/commercial and transactional experience; exposure to technology/procurement, data protection/privacy, construction/property or employment law advantageous
Proven client focus and ability to build lasting relationships
Collaborative, adaptable and committed to continuous learning and high-quality delivery
