Lead role for an experienced income tax lawyer to join a market-leading tax team in Sydney. The role focuses on complex Australian and cross‑border income tax advisory and transactional work across corporate, M&A, funds and finance matters.

You will work closely with senior partners and a multidisciplinary team on high‑value structuring, transaction support and fund formation mandates, advising corporates, private capital and financial services clients. Senior Associate or Special Counsel level with substantial income tax experience
Proven experience on Australian and cross‑border tax matters, including corporate transactions, fund formation and financing structures
Excellent technical drafting, commercial judgment, client management and communication skills
Experience from a leading law firm or equivalent practice environment and ability to run sophisticated matters with partner support
