Top-tier New York technology practice seeks a mid- to senior-level corporate associate to join its Technology Companies group. The role focuses on representing technology clients across a broad corporate and transactional slate, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and public and private offerings.

The team balances collaborative, cross-practice work with opportunities to manage substantial components of transactions independently. The group values strong drafting and communication skills and a client-focused, entrepreneurial approach.

• Mid- to senior-level associate with significant corporate/transactional experience in the technology sector
• Experience on venture financings, M&A, and/or private and public offerings
• Comfort working on teams and managing substantial deal components independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong academic credentials
• Relevant bar admission or imminent eligibility and a current deal sheet
