Senior Associate  Workplace Health & Safety

Join a national Workplace Health & Safety team within a highly regarded Australian law firm. The role offers broad exposure to workplace incident response, regulatory investigations, prosecutions, inquests and WHS system advice across both public and private sector clients.

You will work collaboratively with a dispersed national team, supporting clients in industries such as mining, transport, financial services, insurance, education and health. The role supports hybrid / flexible working and can be based in multiple offices across Australia.

• 3 ndash 7 years post-qualification experience in workplace health & safety or employment law.
• Sound knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act and practical experience managing WHS matters end-to-end (incident response, investigations, prosecutions, inquests).
• Proven ability to run files autonomously, strong analytical skills and clear drafting.
• Experience advising both public and private sector clients and working across multiple jurisdictions preferred.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a national team and to consider flexible / part-time arrangements.
