Senior role within a banking and capital markets team based in Luxembourg, handling the full range of capital markets and structured finance work, from securitisations and debt issuances to structured products and acquisition financing.

The role requires ownership of complex, technical transactions, drafting and negotiating documentation, and coordinating with clients and other internal stakeholders. You will join a collaborative, international practice with opportunities to develop client relationships and broaden technical skills.

Minimum 5 years' PQE in capital markets and structured/secured finance
Proven track record on complex capital markets transactions (securitisations, debt issuances, structured products)
Admission to the Luxembourg Bar
EU law degree; LL.M. or similar in Banking & Finance/Capital Markets an asset
Excellent analytical, drafting and negotiation skills; able to work autonomously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player
Very good written and spoken English
