Join a senior conflicts advisory team within the Office of the General Counsel at a major UK law firm. This role is open across multiple UK offices and has a significant international element.

You will assess and clear new matters for conflicts and confidentiality risk, advise fee-earners on complex conflicts issues, and escalate high-risk matters for senior decision-making. The role includes contributing to firm-wide conflicts and compliance policy, embedding risk processes across offices, and mentoring more junior team members.

This is a hands-on, commercially minded role requiring strong judgment, clear written and oral communication, and the ability to manage multiple, confidential matters to tight deadlines.

Experienced conflicts lawyer with a track record in a busy international or national law firm.
Deep knowledge of UK regulatory and conflicts rules; familiarity with other jurisdictions advantageous.
Excellent legal analysis, commercial judgement and ability to present clear, practical recommendations.
Proven ability to liaise with senior fee-earners, manage escalations and mentor junior colleagues.
