Experienced litigation counsel sought to join a busy insurance-defense trial team in Seattle. The role focuses on handling a broad range of liability matters including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, UIM/policy defense, premises liability, transportation claims and related disputes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include taking depositions, preparing pleadings and motions, managing discovery, conducting legal research, developing case-handling strategies, and preparing for and participating in mediations and trials. The role requires regular reporting to insurer clients and insureds.

Admission to practice in Washington State
10+ years of civil litigation experience, with significant insurance-defense or general liability work
Proven trial, deposition and motion practice experience
