• Minimum 5 years of civil litigation experience, with significant work on personal injury and transportation matters
• Active California bar license and residence in California
• Comfortable handling California state-court practice and civil procedure
• Proven judgment, strong written and oral advocacy, and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
