Senior Counsel — Product Liability (Automotive & Aviation)

Senior counsel opportunity within a national litigation team handling complex product liability and warranty matters. The role focuses on automotive product-liability and warranty litigation, with opportunities to work on related aviation and transportation cases. The team represents manufacturers, retailers, contractors and insurers in state and federal litigation.

Responsibilities include managing discovery, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and supporting trial preparation. The role suits a proactive, strong writer who can handle cases independently and work collaboratively on time-sensitive matters.

• Admission to the California bar.
• Proven civil litigation experience with discovery, law & motion, and motion practice.
• Experience with California warranty law (Song-Beverly) and Magnuson-Moss warranty matters.
• State and federal court experience; trial support and deposition experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
