Typical work includes managing title, survey, zoning and collateral due diligence, drafting and negotiating complex loan documents and related agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance transactions to closing.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance
- Proven experience managing real estate diligence: title, survey, zoning, and collateral review
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex loan documents and financing agreements
- Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
