Experienced real estate finance attorney role on a national real estate finance and capital markets team. This position is an alternative to the traditional partnership track with reduced billable-hour expectations and limited non-billable requirements.

The team seeks candidates with solid transactional experience representing commercial real estate lenders or servicers and strong drafting and closing skills. Prior CMBS experience is a plus but not required. The role offers hands-on deal work within a collaborative team environment.

Approximately 6 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate finance
Transactional experience representing lenders, servicers, or borrowers; CMBS experience a plus
Strong drafting, deal-management and closing experience
Excellent academic and professional references and a desire to work in a team-focused, non–partnership-track role
