We are seeking a team-oriented associate to join our Real Estate Practice in the Atlanta office.

This role involves representing clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development work, and leasing.

The ideal candidate will have three to seven years of experience, top academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, business acumen, and significant experience across a range of commercial transactional real estate matters. Large-firm experience is strongly preferred.
