The role covers internal investigations and workforce conduct, complex dispute resolution and settlements, large‑scale restructures, employment aspects of transactions (including due diligence and transfer of employees), and drafting employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements.

The position involves cross‑border work across the region, advising multinational and local clients across sectors such as energy, transport, resources, construction, insurance, financial services and technology.
