Join a well‑regarded national law firm’s Employment team in a permanent senior lawyer role supporting both an interim in‑house resourcing offering and a fixed‑fee HR/employment helpline. The role combines flexible helpline and project work (including volume Employment Tribunal litigation) with opportunities for client secondments in mainly London‑based offices.

This is a highly flexible position allowing part‑time, remote and secondment working patterns. You will be fully integrated into the wider employment team, receive firm IT and professional development support, and have no personal billing or business development requirements.

  • Qualified UK lawyer with a current practising certificate (or overseas equivalent)
  • Minimum c.6 years’ post‑qualification experience in employment law
  • Strong practical knowledge of UK employment law and tribunal practice
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative, client‑facing environment; competency in MS Office
