Senior Inquest Solicitor – Healthcare, London

Senior solicitor role within a growing regulatory healthcare advisory team, handling inquests and related healthcare regulatory matters for NHS bodies, care providers and other organisations. The role combines advisory work with advocacy at pre-inquest reviews and inquest hearings.

The post will be primarily London-based with some national travel to attend inquests and client meetings. Day-to-day duties include managing a caseload of inquest files, preparing witnesses and court bundles, and representing clients at hearings.

• Qualified solicitor with 4–10 years PQE
• Advocacy experience and willingness to develop courtroom skills
• Experience or interest in healthcare regulation, inquests or regulatory defence (desirable)
• Strong organisational, communication and IT skills; able to work to deadlines and both independently and as part of a team
