Join a UK-based legal technology team delivering AI-enabled and automation solutions across multiple offices (Leeds, London or Manchester) on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on designing, building and embedding configurable legal products that standardise and scale legal workstreams.

You will translate legal expertise into structured logic, develop AI-enabled workflows, rapidly prototype solutions and lead pilots through deployment and adoption. The role works closely with practice teams, vendors and IT to integrate platforms, define governance and measure impact.

Qualified lawyer or equivalent legal domain experience
Proven experience configuring and implementing legal technology or AI-enabled solutions
Strong understanding of AI applications in legal workflows, document automation and workflow/no‑code platforms
Ability to translate legal processes into structured logic, rules and decision trees
Familiarity with structured data, system integration concepts and taxonomy/ontology design (desirable)
Stakeholder management skills and experience driving adoption of enterprise systems in a law firm or professional services environment
