Join a market-leading Housing & Regeneration practice as a Senior or Managing Associate on a national, multi-office remit. The role is client-facing and hands-on, advising registered providers, developers and funders on complex residential development and regeneration matters.

You will lead transactions from instruction to completion, delivering advice on affordable housing schemes, strategic land deals, conditional contracts and portfolio/leasehold arrangements. The role includes day-to-day client contact, risk management, and frequent collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders to progress matters efficiently.

Qualified solicitor (SRA or equivalent) with proven experience running residential development and/or affordable housing transactions independently.
Strong technical knowledge of s.106 schemes, conditional contracts, options, promotion/overage arrangements and leasehold/funding structures.
Commercial, pragmatic approach to risk and solutions; able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers and contributing to business development.
