An established Commercial Dispute Resolution team is hiring a Senior or Managing Associate with specialist pensions litigation experience. This permanent, hybrid role is available across multiple UK offices and will sit within a nationally operating disputes practice.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes (litigation, arbitration and mediation), providing specialist pensions litigation advice, collaborating with the national pensions team and supporting business development and pitch activity. You will take on supervisory responsibilities and help mentor junior fee-earners.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a commercially minded litigator seeking visible responsibility, client exposure and clear progression within a well-regarded disputes team.

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution
  • Demonstrable experience in pensions litigation or related employee benefits disputes (e.g. professional negligence, member complaints)
  • Proven court and/or ADR experience (litigation, arbitration, mediation)
  • Strong legal analysis, drafting and client-facing skills; ability to manage a personal caseload
  • Experience or willingness to supervise/mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
