Senior solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive sought to join a national Motor Injury team within a leading insurance practice. The role involves managing a portfolio of complex motor-related personal injury claims, including large-loss and catastrophic matters, in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

You'll work on high-value files (including claims from six-figure values upwards), develop case strategy from instruction to conclusion, and contribute to business development and client relationship activity. The team operates to firm and client SLAs and expects strong technical standards, commercial judgment and proactive case management.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with senior-level experience in motor/personal injury work
Proven experience handling RTA, EL, PL large-loss, catastrophic and complex injury claims
Strong case-management skills with ability to run own caseload and meet commercial KPIs and SLAs
Excellent negotiation, client-handling and relationship-building skills
Commercial mindset, adherence to compliance/protocols and commitment to technical development
