Join a national Motor Injury team as a Supervisor, leading a small team handling volume pre‑litigated and litigated injury claims. The team combines technical claims work with data‑driven, market‑facing insight to support insurer clients.

This role combines hands‑on casework with people management: you will provide technical supervision, deliver induction and ongoing training, carry out performance and absence management, allocate work to meet skills and SLAs, and escalate or remediate risk and compliance issues.

You will also act as a client contact for day‑to‑day matters, support local business development activities, and maintain your technical knowledge and case management responsibilities.

Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer, or a candidate near the end of a training contract/apprenticeship with litigation capability
Proven experience handling personal injury (motor) caseloads, including pre‑litigation and litigated files; experience of credit hire desirable
Strong people management skills — coaching, performance review and absence management
High personal compliance with SLAs, protocols and KPIs; strong organisational and prioritisation ability
Good IT literacy (Word, Excel) and strong oral and written communication skills
Analytical, commercially aware, resilient, and a positive approachable role model
