Join a national practice team as a senior residential real estate lawyer based in Plymouth. The role focuses on managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters, advising individual and corporate clients on conveyancing, leasehold enfranchisement, transfers of equity and related issues.

You will handle complex transactions, own files from instruction to completion, and provide clear, commercial advice. The role includes regular client contact, coordination with other practice teams, and responsibility for meeting service and compliance standards.

There is scope to supervise and mentor more junior fee-earners and to contribute to practice development initiatives locally.

Solicitor qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with solid residential property experience.
Proven record of managing a busy caseload of conveyancing and related residential matters.
Experience advising on more complex residential transactions (leasehold issues, transfers of equity, chain management).
Strong client-facing, organisational and supervisory skills; good commercial awareness and compliance orientation.
