Join a large-loss personal injury team handling high-value, complex defendant-side claims (motor, employers' liability, public liability and product liability) involving catastrophic injuries such as brain, spinal and amputation injuries and fatal dependency claims.

The role will see you manage your own caseload of catastrophic and high-value PI matters, assist senior colleagues, instruct experts, attend hearings and JSMs, prepare client reports and strategy, and contribute to team supervision and operational processes. The position operates in a hybrid working model.

There is an expectation to meet financial and quality KPIs, adhere to protocols (CPR, data protection, rehabilitation), and keep up to date with developments in high-value PI litigation.

Qualified solicitor with ~8 years' PQE
Substantial experience managing defendant personal injury litigation caseload (motor, EL/PL preferred)
Experience or familiarity with high-value/large-loss claims desirable
Strong commercial awareness, case management and drafting skills
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise, and collaborate within a team
Excellent communication, analytical skills and IT competence
